In this program, you will:

This program is offered individually and in groups.

14-week Program

Cost includes 24/7-access to instructor via email for support (all questions answered within 12 hours), and inspirational videos 5 days per week for duration of the program. Diet plans and exercises included. Must order diet supplements for optimal results.

Group Rate: $500, per person.
Weekly sessions are an hour long with group and instructor.

Individual Rate: $1000, per person.
Weekly sessions are a half-hour long with private instructor.

6-month Program

  • Begin with the 14-week Stunning and Strong Program for optimal weight loss, and then learn the skills to maintain this weight-loss through portion control, clean eating, workout videos, support and inspiration.

  • Address the emotional issues surrounding your weight loss, and how it affects your sense of self and your relationships at home and at work. Learn self-massage, detoxification, aromatherapy, and herbal healing to support your transition.

Why is it that some people are living the life they’ve always wanted, while others watch from the sidelines as their dreams gather dust? Is it luck, or talent, reserved for the chosen few? Although it may sometimes feel that way, realizing your dreams is actually a learn-able skill. The tools you need to reach your aspirations are in this course.

Learn to create powerful results by completing consistent and simple daily activities over a longer period of time. Shift your thinking and behavior to make more desirable daily choices that allow you to have more of what you want in your life.

Restore Your Health in the Kitchen

  • Learn how to cook in a hands-on, safe, and fun environment.

  • Small class sizes with a maximum of 10 students.

  • Start with basic skills and build up to more skilled methods.

  • Enjoy making and eating healthy and nutritious food.

  • Learn how to cook foods from many cultures.

  • Great after-school activity!

Classes are based around the connection to food and healthy living. We live in a busy world where people don’t have time to prepare meals, and so the art of cooking has been lost. I will introduce you to the ways in which your health can be positively impacted by the foods you eat, and how nutrition can become both preventative and healing medicine.

Learn to cook the foods our ancestors ate to restore their well-being and maintain optimal health for themselves and their families. This basic knowledge has been lost over the generations. Discover the power of simple foods, flavors and the love that is shared over mindfully eating with others.

Group Rate: $600
For 6 weeks Weekly sessions are 90 minutes long with group and instructor.
