Chia and Buckwheat Cereal

 

Great way to start the day is to eat a good breakfast. Breaking the fast and fuel your body for optimal performance. People that eat breakfast tend to eat less throughout the day.

Chia seeds are packed with omega 3 fatty acids and are a great energy producer.

 

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

1 Tablespoon Buckwheat

1 Tablespoon pumpkin seeds

1 Tablespoon  sliced almonds ( or walnuts)

1 Tablespoon  Goji berries

1 Tablespoon ground coconut  ( optional)

 

Sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger

 

Stir all ingredients together and let it soak for 20 to 30 min.  Add the milk of your choice. Fresh fruit can be added. Apples go great   with this cereal.
