Almonds

To increase your energy  and they are high in Calcium and Magnesium, lower cholesterol, anti-inflammatory (same that is found in red wine) , and they pack a lot of protein, high in vitamin E that helps fight cancer.  A great source of  folic acid for pregnant woman.
